Nawaf Felemban joined One Health Partners to help make healthcare more affordable and accessible by applying technology and innovation to some of the industry’s most complex challenges. He serves as Vice President of Operations for One Health Complete, where he leads operational strategy and technology-driven initiatives that strengthen care delivery and improve performance across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, and operations, Nawaf specializes in using data and technology to drive meaningful transformation.
Earlier in his career, Nawaf worked at McKinsey & Company, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives for healthcare organizations. Across more than 150 engagements, he helped generate over $4.5 billion in value for healthcare clients, including $2 billion in medical cost savings and $1.75 billion in administrative efficiencies. He also led the development of more than 20 AI-based solutions designed to help payers, providers, and investors improve performance and patient outcomes.
Nawaf holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University.
