She has built a career helping health systems and clinics strengthen pharmacy programs, improve access to care, and navigate complex operational and regulatory challenges.
Avani previously held leadership positions at Omnicell, and Optum Specialty Pharmacy where she drove strategic growth and developed innovative pharmacy solutions for health systems nationwide. She is passionate about improving care delivery and building strong partnerships that support better outcomes for patients and providers alike.
Avani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Barry University, along with bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Healthcare Administration. She is also a 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE), reflecting her deep commitment to excellence and continued leadership in the evolving pharmacy and healthcare landscape.
