A proactive
approach
to autoimmune care.

Serious autoimmune diseases don’t wait for your next appointment. Your care shouldn’t either.

Advanced Clinical Excellence Program (ACE)

From One Health Alliance in partnership with your rheumatologist.

Close monitoring. Fast response. Great outcomes.

At no additional cost for eligible patients.

What is ACE?

Our Sole Purpose: accelerate the path to disease remission! We create multi-specialty, multi-modality, and multi-setting operations to deliver outcomes that matter to patients, their families, and our communities. While disease remission is our north star, the Advanced Clinical Excellence program is how we get there.

ACE provides significant support between visits to help patients with serious autoimmune disease reach remission faster. One Health Alliance works alongside your rheumatologist to monitor progress, answer questions quickly, and adjust treatment sooner when needed.

This program does not come at a cost for eligible patients, as it is simply how we deliver healthcare.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the ACE different from my regular care?

ACE adds proactive support between appointments. You may have direct access to your care team, close monitoring, fast response to symptoms or side effects, and coordination across your care team to help adjust treatment quickly.

There is no additional cost to participate in ACE. The program is offered in partnership with your rheumatologist and is included for eligible patients. ACE is the way we deliver healthcare and how our specialists practice medicine.

Your rheumatologist may recommend ACE if you are a good candidate. You can also ask your care team if the program may be right for you.

No. You will continue seeing your rheumatologist as usual. ACE simply adds support between visits and helps your care team respond quickly when needed
