As a member of the executive leadership team, Mazen oversees all legal functions, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, operational risk, and policy and governmental affairs. His focus is on supporting the organization’s continued expansion while safeguarding its integrity and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
With over 25 years of legal experience and deep expertise in healthcare and M&A, Mazen brings a steady hand and sharp strategic insight to every decision. He is deeply motivated by the company’s mission to serve vulnerable and often overlooked patients—ensuring that care is not only clinically excellent but equitably delivered.
Mazen earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
